Surrogates can begin getting paid their base compensation after their pregnancy is confirmed. This is paid in equal payments over 10 months. So if you are earning $50,000 as a first-time surrogate, you will be paid $5,000 each month.
This is on top of the additional expenses you will be paid to cover medical services, travel, maternity clothing and more.
